Custom website and IT projects

Payment schedules for website design, custom web application, and IT projects are established through the applicable quote, proposal, or invoice for that engagement. In general:

• Completed work is generally not refundable.
• A deposit may become non-refundable once work begins or resources have been committed on your behalf.
• Completed work remains billable even if a project is later paused or cancelled.
• Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (such as domain registration, stock assets, or paid APIs) are generally non-refundable.
• If Urias Tech cancels an engagement before providing paid-for services, the appropriate unused amount will be refunded.

There is no universal 50% deposit rule; deposit amounts and payment timing are set by your specific quote, proposal, or agreement.

Recurring services: Website Care & Maintenance and Website Growth & SEO

Website Care & Maintenance ($149/month) and Website Growth & SEO ($349/month) are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe. For these plans:

• Subscriptions automatically renew according to your billing cycle.
• Cancel before your next renewal date to prevent another charge.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; service generally remains available through the period you already paid for, where applicable.
• Partial billing periods are generally not prorated or refunded unless legally required or otherwise agreed in writing.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported to Support as soon as you notice them, and will be corrected.
• Refunds legally required in your jurisdiction will be honored.

Search results and SEO

We do not issue a refund merely because a specific search ranking was not reached, traffic did not hit a target, leads did not meet expectations, or revenue did not meet expectations. Search engines are third-party platforms, and Website Growth & SEO results cannot be guaranteed.

How to cancel

Cancel a Website Care or Website Growth & SEO subscription anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal, linked from our Billing page, or by contacting Urias Tech Support. For custom website or IT project cancellations, contact us using the details in your proposal or at support@uriastech.com.

This policy is a general guide. Where a signed proposal, quote, or written agreement for your specific engagement addresses refunds or cancellation differently, that written agreement controls.
