The standard website package is $850 for up to five informational pages. A typical structure is Home, About, Services or Menu, Gallery or Reviews, and Contact. Not every business needs all five. The final page plan should fit your content, not fill a quota.
The build includes responsive layouts, a simple inquiry form, basic on-page SEO, domain connection assistance, light editing of your supplied copy, and two rounds of consolidated revisions. We test the agreed links and contact features before launch. Launch-related defects are covered for 30 days within the agreed scope.
You provide accurate business details, your approved logo and images, and the available text. We help organize and polish it. Writing an entire website from scratch, creating a logo, professional photography, large catalogs, and licensed stock assets are separate services.
Choose optional $99/month website care, or take an agreed handoff and arrange your own hosting and ongoing maintenance. The website-build fee does not include indefinite hosting, email, domain registration, or third-party subscriptions.

What does the $850 website include?

What is a standard page?
An informational page using your site's agreed design, such as Home, About, Services, Gallery, or Contact. A booking platform, customer dashboard, online store, custom calculator, or unusually large content section is not a standard page. Additional standard pages are $100 each.
Who provides the text and photos?
You provide accurate business information, your logo and photos, and available text. Light editing and organization are included. Full copywriting, photography, logo design, large menus or catalogs, and licensed stock assets are separately scoped. Only share content you have permission to use.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated set of feedback on the agreed design and content. Two rounds are included in standard website builds. New pages, a new design direction after approval, extra rounds, and new features are quoted before work continues.
How long will my project take?
Your schedule depends on scope, current availability, content readiness, and how quickly feedback and approvals arrive. We confirm a realistic timeline in your proposal rather than promise the same launch date for every project.
Who owns my domain and website?
The proposal defines ownership and handoff. Our approach is to keep your domain registered to you and provide the agreed website files after final payment. Third-party platforms, fonts, stock assets, and integrations keep their own license terms. Google Business Profile access should be delegated without giving up your primary ownership.
