IT Solutions

Better technology. Less guesswork.

Your technology needs do not end at your website. Tell us what is getting in the way, and we will discuss the right next step. Project availability, scope, and pricing are confirmed before any work begins.

Start with a conversation

IT needs we can discuss.

We confirm availability and a realistic scope before agreeing to work. These are conversation starters, not a bundled support subscription.

Computers & devices

Discuss setup, everyday troubleshooting, and the equipment your business relies on.

Networking & Wi-Fi

Talk through coverage, connectivity problems, and your office or shop's network needs.

Business email & tools

Explore professional email and productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Backup & technology planning

Review backup needs, account access, and sensible next steps for your business technology.

Start with what is not working. Not the technical terminology.

A computer that slows down your day. Wi-Fi that does not reach where you need it. Business email that needs a more professional setup. You do not need to diagnose the problem before reaching out. Describe the issue and how it affects your business.

Areas we can discuss include computer and device setup or troubleshooting, office networking and Wi-Fi, business email and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and practical advice about the technology your business uses. Backup planning, account access, and basic security settings can also be reviewed as part of an agreed project. The consultation confirms which work we can take on; this is not an unlimited list of included services.

We first discuss the systems involved, the number of users or devices, your location, your priorities, and whether remote or on-site help might be appropriate. Availability, travel requirements, authorized access, and any specialist work are confirmed before a proposal. We will say when a request is outside our scope rather than promise a service we cannot deliver.

IT projects are separate from website design, SEO, and website care. A proposal identifies the agreed work, its cost, any hardware or third-party subscriptions, who owns and administers the accounts, and what support follows completion. Your $99 website care plan is not a general IT support subscription.

Ongoing managed IT is a planned expansion, not a currently advertised 24/7 help desk. Any recurring support, response expectations, backup responsibilities, or monitoring must be separately defined and agreed. Emergency incident response, data recovery, regulated-data handling, and compliance certification are not assumed capabilities or included services.

What we agree to work on

  • The business problem and systems involved
  • Project fit, availability, and authorized access
  • Remote or on-site needs and the service area
  • A defined scope, quote, and realistic schedule
  • Hardware, software, and third-party responsibilities
  • Handoff, support expectations, and any ongoing costs
Share a high-level description only. Do not submit passwords, remote-access codes, customer records, or other sensitive information. This form is for inquiries, not emergency support.

Before you decide

A little more clarity.

Can I discuss IT needs with Urias Tech?

Yes. Tell us about computer or device issues, Wi-Fi and networking, business email, productivity tools, or technology planning. We confirm project fit and availability before proposing any work. IT work is separately scoped; your website or SEO plan does not include computer, network, or help-desk support.

Is IT support included in a website or SEO plan?

No. IT services have a separate scope and quote. Any hardware, software licenses, travel, subscriptions, or ongoing support costs are discussed before work begins. A website care subscription does not provide general business IT support.

Do you provide emergency or ongoing managed IT support?

There is no advertised 24/7 help desk or emergency-response promise. Ongoing managed IT is a planned expansion. Availability, remote or on-site arrangements, support hours, and any recurring service must be confirmed in a separate agreement. This inquiry form is not an emergency support channel.

How long will my project take?

Your schedule depends on scope, current availability, content readiness, and how quickly feedback and approvals arrive. We confirm a realistic timeline in your proposal rather than promise the same launch date for every project.
