Business hours change. A new photo is ready. A link needs attention. Our $99/month care plan provides a point of contact for the ongoing needs of your supported website, without turning every small update into a new project.
Care includes managed hosting, SSL checks, maintenance appropriate to the site's technology, source backups and recovery support, and monthly checks of important links and contact functionality. The standard plan is intended for a normal small-business informational site, not a high-volume application with a complex database.
Up to 30 minutes of minor text or image changes are included per month, using content you supply. That allowance does not roll over. New pages, a redesign, new features, extensive content changes, emergency incident response, or custom application support require a separate agreement.
Domain registration and renewal, paid email, premium software, stock assets, booking subscriptions, and other third-party charges are not automatically included. We identify the services needed for your site and confirm who pays each bill before launch.
The Website + SEO plan includes this care service in its $299 monthly rate. An existing site can also be considered for care after a review; migration and pre-existing technical issues may need separate work. No automatic 24/7 personal support or uptime guarantee is included.

What is included in the $99 care plan?
Managed hosting, SSL checks, routine maintenance appropriate to the site, source backups and recovery support, monthly site checks, and up to 30 minutes of minor text or image edits each month. The edit allowance does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, new functionality, active SEO, and third-party subscriptions are separate.
Do I have to pay a monthly fee?
No. Website Setup is a one-time build with an optional $99/month care plan. Without that plan, you arrange and pay for your own hosting, domain renewal, email, and ongoing maintenance. SEO services are recurring when selected.
What happens if I stop monthly services?
Cancellation notice, final billing, handoff, and any transfer work are set out in your agreement. Hosting must remain active somewhere for the site to stay online. We clarify the transition before making changes; domains are not used as leverage.
Can you work with my existing website?
Often, yes. SEO-only and care inquiries start with a review of your platform, access, condition, and requirements. Unsupported systems, significant repairs, platform fees, and migrations can need a separate quote.
