SEO plan scope

A focused monthly priority

Initial setup reviews up to five pages for one business location. Each month includes one primary priority, such as optimization of up to two existing pages or an agreed Google Business Profile task, plus basic technical checks, a search performance review, and a report.

New pages, large writing projects, major technical work, platform fees, and paid advertising are not included. SEO Only does not include hosting or maintenance.

How additional pages work

A seven-page standard website would be $1,050: the $850 base build plus two additional pages at $100 each.

A standard page is informational, using the agreed design. A portal or store cannot be added as a $100 page. Those require their own proposal.

IT Solutions: a separate conversation.

Computers, networking, business email, and technology planning have their own scope and quote. Availability and any hardware, subscriptions, travel, or ongoing support costs are confirmed before work begins.

Common pricing questions.

What is a standard page?

An informational page using your site's agreed design, such as Home, About, Services, Gallery, or Contact. A booking platform, customer dashboard, online store, custom calculator, or unusually large content section is not a standard page. Additional standard pages are $100 each.

Do I have to pay a monthly fee?

No. Website Setup is a one-time build with an optional $99/month care plan. Without that plan, you arrange and pay for your own hosting, domain renewal, email, and ongoing maintenance. SEO services are recurring when selected.

What is included in the $99 care plan?

Managed hosting, SSL checks, routine maintenance appropriate to the site, source backups and recovery support, monthly site checks, and up to 30 minutes of minor text or image edits each month. The edit allowance does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, new functionality, active SEO, and third-party subscriptions are separate.

What counts as a revision?

One consolidated set of feedback on the agreed design and content. Two rounds are included in standard website builds. New pages, a new design direction after approval, extra rounds, and new features are quoted before work continues.

What happens if I stop monthly services?

Cancellation notice, final billing, handoff, and any transfer work are set out in your agreement. Hosting must remain active somewhere for the site to stay online. We clarify the transition before making changes; domains are not used as leverage.
