Who handles your information
Urias Tech, operated by Alfonso Urias, receives information submitted through this website to respond to business inquiries. You can contact us at hello@uriastech.com.
What you choose to share
Our forms ask for your name, email address, inquiry, and, for a project brief, business name. You can choose to share a phone number, callback preference, website address, business type, service area, desired features, budget range, timing, and other project details. Most additional business details are optional.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, customer lists, medical information, or other sensitive records. The public form is for an initial discussion, not secure document exchange.
How inquiry information is used
We use your information to reply, understand the project, prepare a proposal, communicate about requested services, and protect the website from abuse. Choosing to submit a form does not sign you up for marketing emails. We do not sell inquiry information or use this form to enroll you in advertising lists.
Service providers and spam protection
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Inquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visits from automated abuse, including processing technical information such as network and browser signals. Our form endpoint also uses network information for short-term rate limiting.
Accepted inquiries are sent through the Resend email-delivery service to our business inbox. These services and the inbox provider process information as needed to operate hosting, security, email delivery, and communication. Their processing may take place in countries other than your own.
The website does not create a customer account or store submitted inquiries in a website database. The information is delivered by email and may remain in our mailbox and relevant service-provider records. We avoid intentionally logging inquiry text in our application logs.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not install advertising pixels or behavioral marketing analytics. Hosting and spam-protection services may process technical data necessary to deliver and protect the site. We will update this notice if we add tools that materially change this description.
Retention and your requests
We keep inquiry information as needed to follow up, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to ask about your submitted information or request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify the request and account for records that must be retained.
Security and external links
We use safeguards appropriate to this inquiry process, including encrypted web connections, server-side validation, spam verification, and restricted server credentials. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. External websites linked from our pages operate under their own policies.
